English Campfire Toffee

1 Lush EnglishToffee Bar, any style
1 Marshmallow (homemade or purchased)

Place the marshmallow in the center of a microwave safe plate and heat for 15 seconds on medium power. Watch carefully, the marshmallow will puff up to huge proportions very quickly. Remove from microwave.

Chop or crush Lush English Toffee bar into small pieces and sprinkle on top of hot marshmallow.

Use a spoon to enjoy. Remember to blow first -- the creamy confection will still be quite hot.

Fruited Lush English Toffee Ice Cream

1 Lush Toffee Bar
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1/2 peach, stone removed, warmed in the sun (or room temp., if cloudy!)

Place ice cream in a bowl to soften slightly, about 10 minutes. While ice cream is softening, chop 1 Lush Toffee bar into about 20 crunchy bits and slice peach into slender wedges, retaining the juice.

Sprinkle Lush toffee bits over ice cream and mix into the ice cream with a spoon. Stir until ice cream loosens into a drape-y mix. Pour into a short glass. Slide peach slices over the top of the toffeed ice cream and pour juice drippings.

Now your ice cream confection is ready to eat. Use an iced tea spoon to prolong your sweet indulgence.
